In the free initial consultation you will tell us about your situation and we will answer any questions you might have. We will also test your ability to be hypnotised and determine whether we can work together. If you don't feel comfortable for any reason, just let us know and you owe nothing. We'll just be glad to have had the opportunity to meet you.
If you want to continue, we'll start by having you talk about your specific situation. You get comfortable and we begin the first lesson. We'll schedule two additional lessons over the next week to a month or so.
You will learn self-hypnosis, recieve a demonstration of how hypnosis works, we will provide additional support materials, and even explain how to get pre-recorded audio hypnotherapy sessions (at no additional cost).
